Its content is for general informational purposes only — it is not legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice, and it is not an offer to buy or sell any business or security. Nothing on this site creates an advisory relationship; engagements are formed only through a signed engagement agreement.

Intellectual property

Confidential deal materials

Access to deal materials (teasers, CIMs, data rooms) is governed by the non-disclosure agreement you execute for each opportunity, which controls over these terms with respect to those materials.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing a mobile phone number and signing an advisory engagement agreement, clients consent to receive transactional and conversational text messages from Good Hope Advisors about their own transaction — scheduling, document follow-ups, and deal logistics. We do not send marketing messages by SMS.

• Message frequency varies based on the activity in your transaction.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes — see our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Hope Holdings LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
