Every office has a culture. Ours has always included dogs. They showed up for all of it — the deals, the late nights, the quiet mornings before the calls start.

“It's a love story for the ages. She is indeed my best friend ❤️”
In college, me and my friends had a Boxer named Cleo. Never forgot that dog. When my kids were 13 and 14, I said I wanted a Boxer again. We had our eye on one of Cookie's sisters. Then Cookie climbed into my lap and that was that. End of conversation.
She never leaves my side. Great deal partner. Always up for a Frisbee, a run, a wrestle, burning some energy, whatever it is. And eating. She is always up for eating.

“One speed, fully unbothered by everything life throws at her.”
Max, my black Lab, was my dog growing up. First dog — the one you never stop loving.
Nola is my dog now, a Boston Terrier, one speed, fully unbothered by everything life throws at her. There is something instructive about that.

“Two Bull Mastiffs in the backseat. They looked like they owned the car. Because they did.”
Rubydog came first, our giant female Bullmastiff, who set the bar for how much love one dog could give. Then came Bella, our wild adopted mutt who kept it crazy.
More recently, it's Hooper and Roxy. We lost our beloved Hooper in 2025. He'll never be replaced and is dearly missed. It's just Roxy now, our loyal Bullmastiff who never leaves our side. Much love for dogs.
"Past, present, and future — our dogs are by our side. It's the same way we treat our clients. Right by your side."
