Good Hope Advisors Deal Room Updates
This page describes the text-messaging program operated by Good Hope Holdings LLC, d/b/a Good Hope Advisors, of Tenafly, New Jersey (“Good Hope Advisors,” “we,” “us”) and how we collect consent to send text messages.
Good Hope Advisors Deal Room Updates consists of one-to-one text messages between Good Hope Advisors and its engaged M&A advisory clients about their active transaction — scheduling, document follow-ups, and deal logistics. We do not send marketing or promotional messages by SMS, and we do not text anyone who is not an engaged client on an active deal.
Clients are never enrolled by default, and there is no public sign-up for this program. A client who wants text updates about their deal tells their advisor — verbally, by email, or in person. The advisor then records that consent by checking a dedicated, unchecked-by-default“Client agreed to receive SMS texts about this deal” control in the firm's internal deal-management system. Consent is collected per deal and does not carry over to other transactions or future engagements.
Message frequency varies by deal activity; typically a few messages per week while a transaction is active. Message and data rates may apply.
